HDPE geocell is an engineering fabric used for soil consolidation, reinforcement, and drainage. It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, which has robust chemical corrosion resistance and tensile strength.

Site preparation: Select a suitable site for laying the geogrid chamber, clean debris and gravel on a flat surface, and ensure that the ground is flat and dry.

Framework construction: According to the design specifications, use steel bars or wood to construct the framework structure of the geogrid chamber. The frame can be in square or rectangular form to ensure stability and load-bearing capacity.

Laying geosynthetic materials: First, lay a layer of geosynthetic membrane on the ground, which can effectively prevent water infiltration and soil erosion. Then apply geotextile to the frame structure and fix it on the frame, which can enhance the strength and stability of the geotextile cell.
