Raw material preparation: Prepare fiberglass raw materials, resins, and other additives such as reinforcing agents, stabilizers, etc.

Fiber preparation: After crushing, cleaning, and drying the glass fiber raw materials, they are spun by fiber preparation machinery to form continuous glass fibers.

Resin coating: Put the prepared glass fiber into the coating machine and evenly coat the resin on the glass fiber through spraying or rolling.

Forming and Curing: Place the resin coated fiberglass into the mold according to the design requirements, apply appropriate pressure and temperature to cure the resin, and form the desired grid shape.

Polishing and trimming: Take out the cured fiberglass geogrid from the mold, perform polishing and trimming to make its appearance flat and dimensions meet the requirements.

Inspection and packaging: Conduct quality inspection on the produced fiberglass geogrid, including appearance quality, size, tensile strength, and other indicators. Qualified products are packaged for storage and transportation.
